Our sour dough machines are produced in accordance with the size of your establishment and are made entirely of stainless steel. The single-piece kettle can be filled directly over the silo unit. Weighing cells and a specially developed pump dispensing system ensure a high degree of precision regarding weighing and gentle transport.
Excellent cleaning results for the entire kettle are attained thanks to rotating spray heads and additional water spray jets. Production itself is fully automated - you only need to enter the date for completion into the electronic controls.
